It’s a pain for our nerves to handle the television footages showing mangled bodies and half blown humans. We just cannot take more of the charades, claiming innocent victims all over the world. It’s time we stop posing as silent onlookers when such things happen in our homes and outside. We need messiahs like Jesus to show us the way. We need to interpret and internalize the Biblical truths and messages through an insightful Christian writer, keeping Christianity relevant in the face of scientific breakthroughs, cutting edge technologies and the newer cultural product – unrest.
Twenty-first century youths are too engrossed to study Bibles. If there’s a fraction of truth in it, a Christian writer knows how to challenge them. Though our times are much ahead of the Biblical characters, kings, prophets and buffoons, we still haven’t lived through them all. Religious scripts as Bibles are symptomatic and forever relevant to human history and human situations. Time and again, we have embraced powerful messages of great seers and prophets, outliving generations, social and economic barriers, cultural and political confines. A Christian writer reminds us of the richness of those scriptures and epistles of Bible, with his powerful presentation and depiction of the spirit of the Holy Book.
If there’s a call for peace, faith and love, if we need our prayers to be more devout and penetrating, we need to look into our souls and hear the inner voice. We need to reconsider what God meant to say when He created Kingdom of Heaven; we have to reinvent what great gift God has intended for His creation – love and all-pervading love. It’s the time we must reconsider the Biblical teachings and the message of love and serenity they contain. A Christian writer capitalizes on creative story-telling to communicate the layered truths of Gospels and Epistles - revive them for the believers and skeptics alike.
New-age Christian writings offer more than pedantic and rhetorical teachings – they can be insightful and entertaining as well. Can you ever imagine Jesus to be a stern-looking professor or a sophomore? Great words of wisdom can be presented in engaging tales, with personification of the far-away Biblical characters. Good Christian writer adds insight and newer perspectives to the character-protagonists, when he/she’s penning Genesis-to-revelation stories, or the story of the father of Christ. While fleshing them out as real personalities, a Christian writer better reveals his/her intention as a writer – more so, he/she extends God’s kingdom to the present day reality.
Christian writing is a rare documentation of God’s inherent plan – how people can reach the hidden treasures in other individuals as Jesus did. A Christian writer reiterates the truths and morals in a never-before clarity and light. They are the same old stories re-packaged and re-fashioned for the consumerist and cosmopolitan audience. Christian writers make these writings as vivid and compelling as plots unfolding in movies and bestselling novels. There’s more to faith-building Christian consensus in those intuitive pieces of writings – they familiarize Bible to the victims of confused cultural identities and show them ways.
